Wow, it wasn’t that long ago that Kate Walsh was on Cuddle Watch with Dave Annable of Brothers and Sisters, who has since been linked with co-star Emily VanCamp.  Whew, I can’t keep up!  And now Walsh is engaged to 36-year old Fox studio exec Alex Young?  I thought they just started dating!  Is Hollywood time measured in dog years?

Walsh, 39, revealed the surprising news to Us magazine during the ABC upfront presentation at New York’s Lincoln Center on Tuesday. “It happened a few days ago. And that’s all I can say,” she beamed, flashing Us her engagement ring. “I’m on cloud nine.”
