The stars came out last night in NYC for the second time in as many weeks, for Maxim’s Hot 100 party at the Gansevoort Hotel.

#1 on the list, Lindsay Lohan, among the last to arrive, showed up well after 11:30, then slipped into a VIP area to light a cigarette.

Also in attendance, newly engaged Kate Walsh (#52), Avril Lavigne (#15), Sophia Bush (#24), Hilary and Haylie Duff (#s 23 and 89, respectively).
