 Yep, you read that last one right.  After collapsing less than 48 hours after her arrest, exhausted from another night of wild partying and binge drinking, Lohan is due to check into Promises in Malibu this afternoon.  That’s the same facility Britney Spears entered after shaving her head.

“She finally realizes it’s the right thing to do,” a close friend of the 20-year-old actress told In Touch. “She is going willingly.”
