Since making the rounds on the net, speculation is running rampant that the friend in Lindsay Lohan’s knife wielding photos is none other than Lohan’s one time gal pal, Vanessa Minnillo. I haven’t been able to confirm the identity of the friend in the pics, but it sure does look an awful lot like Minnillo. What do you think? Does Nick Lachey’s girlfriend have a wild and kinky side?
