OJ’s alleged robbery attempt caught on tape
One of the men with OJ Simpson during his alleged attempt to retrieve personal memorabilia, Thomas Riccio, turned on his digital voice recorder and captured everything on audio. TMZ.com has the tape for your listening pleasure.
…Riccio was on hand to help Simpson prove certain memorabilia being auctioned by Alfred Beardsley was ill-gotten. Riccio says he believed Simpson was going to confront Beardsley in the hotel room to give him an ultimatum - either hand over the goods or Simpson would call the cops.
Riccio has even more damning evidence against Simpson. He claims he has audio of the police questioning Beardsley and another dealer, Bruce Fromong and the pair admit to not having a legitimate right to the materials in question. However, Fromong apparently admits to helping OJ hide money in an off-shore account.
