A judge ruled Britney Spears will continue to have joint custody of her two boys for the time being. She has to submit to a lengthy list of requirements to keep this shared arrangement.Kevin Federline and Britney Spears both must adhere to the following: Cannot speak in a derragatory manor about the other, the other’s family or significant other; Cannot use corporal punishment on the children or employ anyone who does; Must take a co-parenting counseling course; Refrain from alcohol and non-perscription controlled substances for 12 hours before having the children; Cannot take the boys out of state without consent from the other parent.

The judge in the Britney Spears custody battle found that “there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney).” The judge has ordered Britney “to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol.” Testing will be conducted randomly twice a week.

She will also have a counselor who monitors her interaction with her children and that person will report the findings to the court and K-Fed’s attorneys.
