Urban and Kidman building bigger nest
Keith Urbanresided in his Nashville home prior to his marriage to Nicole Kidman in2006, after the marriage she has been sporadically seen in the area.The couple own two other properties, one in New York and another in Australia.
The Nashvillehome has been placed on the market after the newlywedsfound land for a farm in the area, according to The Tennessean newspaper. The soon to be former home, which Urban bought for $1.7 million in 2005, is now listed at $2.45 million. The four-bedroom, five-bath house on the market, as was first reported by the New York Post contains a gym, pool and spa. Apparently, the 7,000 square foot residence just isn’t big enough to contain Kidman’s latest bout of nesting instincts.
Kidman has recently admitted she is “yearning” to give birth and states Urban “has been getting there slowly.” Kidman, who has 2 adopted children from her marriage to actor Tom Cruise has begun her biological race with the clock but will Urban be able to “Beat the Clock?” Alot of miraculous things can happen “down on the farm!”

That was a pretty crappy thing of Nicole Kidman to say that Keith Urban “was getting there slowly”. There were tons of headlines where Keith stated he can’t wait to be a dad and that he would like to have a child next year (2008). She makes it sound like she’s been sitting home doing his laundry. Isn’t she still in Australia filming & then moves on to Germany to film another movie? And she’s confirmed to film the 2 sequals to The Golden Compass. Talk about trying to pass the buck.
I agree Lori, it is a very crappy thing for her to say considering he has always wanted children. And yes to the filming and another movie so I agree, not only is she passing the buck but what is he supposed to do? Follow her around according to her schedule while he tries to maintain his country music career? I think a two entertainment career couple would be extremely hard to maintain and then you factor in her age on top of that, she definitely needs to re-evaluate her priorities and she needs to remember you can’t conceive when you are halfway around the world from your partner’s location if you want to do it the old-fashioned way!
