Michelle Rodriguez May Face Jail Time

Michelle Rodriguez

Actress Michelle Rodriguez who is currently on probation after pleading no contest to DUI and driving with a suspended license may end up back in the slammer because she has not completed her community service to the judge’s satisfaction.

The City Attorney’s office alleges that Rodriguez turned in a false document showing that she completed one day of service on Sept. 25, court filings show. However, the actress later stated that she was in New York on that date.

In May of last year, Rodriguez spent 4 hours in jail for violating probation in another DUI case and earlier this year, she spent 2 days in a Hawaiian jail for the DUI arrest.
