Actor Dylan McDermott,�who recently returned to network television with a new show, Big Shots, is seperated from his wife of 12 years, actress Shiva Rose.

Six years ago, Dylan, 45, had nothing but raves for Shiva, 38, when he talked to Diane Sawyer, describing how cupid’s arrow struck in a coffee shop. “I was in love with her right away,” he said. “For her, it was a little longer, you know, a couple of years. But for me, it was right away. I guess it was grace.”

The couple have two children, Collette, 11 and Charlotte, 2.

British comedian Steve Coogan was called out by Courtney Love as influential in Owen Wilson‘s downward spiral. The comedian responded by threatening legal action and a representative denies the actors ever did drugs together.

Love, who had an affair with the British comedian after he moved to the US three years ago, spoke out days after Wilson’s August 26 suicide attempt, saying: “Under normal circumstances I would not comment but I care too much about Owen. ”

“I went through it with Steve. I was just out of rehab and he was right there with the drugs. ”

“I tried to warn Owen. I tried to warn his friends. I hope from the bottom of my heart that Owen stays the hell away from that guy.”

This is interesting. Courtney denied Sharon Osbourne‘s accusations that she introduced Jack Osbourne to OxyContin, yet has no problem publicly blaming Coogan for helping Owen down his path of self-destruction. Coogan was�photographed coming out of Wilson’s house yesterday so the two are still in touch.

Ladies, please! On set of the movie version of the hit HBO Show, Sex and The City, two of the principal stars, Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, are still at odds with each other, after all this time. Cattrall has had a bitter taste in her mouth since 2004 when Parker was�reported as making a substantial amount of money more than her co-star.

Kim and SJP reportedly fell out over pay inequity during the show�s final 2004 season. It seems that as producer and star, SJP raked in considerably more than Kim on the HBO hit series. Allegedly, that�s also the reason Kim took so long to agree to appease hardcore �Sex� fans and sign on to the film.

It will be interesting to see what they come up with for the plot of this movie. I watched off and on for Patricia Field’s styling of Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie. That was much more entertaining than anything else going on.

The newest season of Dancing With The Stars has new faces and perhaps a smidge of scandal. Cameron Mathison of All My Children had appeared on the cover of Playgirl Magazine in 1999 however he remained tastefully clothed.

When they requested a copy, he took it as a sign that he might be out of the running, and was really worried. He was greatly relieved when it turned out the women who asked for the magazine simply wanted him to autograph it for them.

Cameron gets a little extra exposure and is very happy I’m sure.

Former Charlie’s Angels star, Farrah Fawcett, 60, has had polyps found after she was declared “100 percent cancer free” and is now seeking alternative medicines and therapies in Germany. Craig Nevius, who produced her reality show Chasing Farrah, spoke to People Magazine about filming her latest treatments for a documentary.

“She was discouraged by the treatments she got here. The fact that it recurred after all that she went through was heartbreaking.” He adds: “She has been in Germany. That’s true. She’s getting alternative treatments not allowed in the U.S.”

She is currently in the southern part of Germany undergoing chemotherapy and other alternative healing methods. Good luck and well wishes to Farrah Fawcett.

LA Galaxy soccer star David Beckham has taken a red-eye to be with his father, Ted, 59, who had just suffered a major heart attack. Beckham and his father have been estranged�since Beckham’s father wrote a book about the footballer in 2005.

It is understod that Ted became even more unwelcome over the period when David’s marriage to Victoria went through its most difficult time amid allegations that he had an affair with Rebecca Loos, a PA helping him with his move to Real Madrid.

Ted is understood not to have been the most supportive of Victoria at the time and encouraged his son to lead a life which makes him happy – whether it included Victoria or not.

Beckham’s father is now reportedly conscious and alert, joking with family and friends at his bedside after successful surgery.

Controversial rapper Kanye West has come to realize his words�are powerful. He recently told Access Hollywood that while he isn’t trying to be sensational with what he says, he has always been outspoken and gotten in trouble for it.

�Well, I�m not even trying to be controversial. I�m not trying to be something that I�m not. I was always like the kid that got sent to the office for saying �Hey, the art teacher sucks!,� he said.

Earlier this month, he called out MTV for having Britney Spears open the VMAs and not him. He wondered aloud why MTV would book her, when she hasn’t has a hit in a few years instead of himself.

�I think that I have a powerful voice and I might have misused it on that night,� the chart-topper told Access. �I think I said a lot of things that were true but maybe it wasn�t my place to particularly call those things out.�

That statement represents a huge step forward for Kanye. He is a very smart man who has a lot to show still and lets it get lost in bravado. With his new album, Graduation, maybe he has learned a thing or two.

Vivica A. Fox’s attorney has entered a plea of not guilty over charges stemming from a March arrest for DUI.

Fox wasn’t in Superior Court as her attorney entered her plea to two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit of .08.

If convicted, the former “Dancing With the Stars” contestant could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Fox went on a racist tirade after being pulled over by the coppers.

“Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, `Brother, help a sister, are you going to let this racist white cop do this … well, are you?’” the report stated.

She continued to speak in a “condescending manner” as she was placed in the patrol car, the report said.

What a jerk! Pay your debt to society and shut up!
