It appears resident rogue of Malibu, Brody Jenner, has been telling friends he would like to ‘meet’ (yeah, it probably is a euphamism)�Jessica Simpson. He has been spotted at the same nightclubs in NYC as Simpson and had been openly asking for her contact info.

However, it seems that the 24-year-old’s affection for the former Mrs. Nick Lachey might be a one-way street. Because, despite the fact that Brody is telling friends he scored the Blonde Ambition star�s digits, an OK! spy says, �Jessica didn�t even acknowledge him.� Jess’ rep also tells OK!, “This is not true.”

Ouch. He’s trying to hard to get off the D-List.
