Did the story of George Clooney‘s bet with Michelle Pfeiffer and Nicole Kidman turn up at just the right time to dissuade current girlfriend, Fear Factor winner�Sarah Larson, from getting any matrimonial ideas?

That motorcycle accident left him in a very tenuous position. When the accident happened, George was heard telling his injured girlfriend Sarah Larson that he “loved her.” (She won’t forget THAT soon.) And certainly he is riddled with guilt because he was responsible for her injuries, including a broken foot. He owes her BIG TIME. An accident usually bonds people together. But George is a serial dater and dead set on staying single. Hence the story about the bet “resurfaced” to soften the blow when he moves on from Sarah.
