Oh that wacky Royal Family. Prince Harry is videotaped on a canoe trip in Namibia with current girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, (herself no stranger to a party;) and about 20 friends, letting off steam and doing some serious alcohol damage to his already inbred well-bred system.

The damaging footage will fuel speculation that 23-year-old Harry’s drinking is out of control. The prince was pictured falling over outside a Mayfair club in April and drunkenly partying with Canadian bar girls in June.

The video shows Harry taking a shot and swilling it in his mouth, spitting it back out, then snorting the same vodka up his nose. Britney and Lindsay have nothing on the Prince.
