Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus on Ellen
Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus are everywhere. They star on the hit Disney show “Hannah Montana.” Her concert tour sold out in like 4 minutes and she is still just 14-years-old. The father and daughter were on Ellen earlier this week. Their love and admiration for each other was very apparent in the nine minute interview. They sang a duet, that Billy Ray wrote about Miley, on “Dancing with the Stars.”
