Nicole Kidman ‘Deeply In Love’ with Keith Urban

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman has always been guarded and rarely speaks publicly about her relationships with any man. Her marriage to country crooner Keith Urban is no exception. While she says she is ‘deeply in love’ with Urban, she won’t quite say shes happy.

Told by the magazine interviewer that she and Urban appeared happy together, she replied: “I don’t ever say that.”

“Partly because interviews are done in advance, and you never know where something’s going.

“People’s lives together are complicated and beautiful and that’s what they should stay. They’re very quiet. Complicatedly quiet. They don’t need to be broadcast.”

Interesting contradiction here. She won’t say she’s happy, but she says relationships should be quiet and not broadcast. Later in the interview she remarks about Urban not being ready for children yet. That’s a pretty intimate detail, I think. Hmmm…

Maybe her happiness has something to do with her new movie, according to snopes (and yes you can follow the link) http://snopes.com/politics/religion/compass.asp, The Golden Compass starring Nicole is written by an atheist trying to show the dark side in a version meant to compete with the Chronicles of Narnia. Maybe Ms. Scientologist gets what happiness she deserves, someone should explain the concept of Christianity as a starting point to her, she seems to underestimate the power of a true living God!

The link doesn’t work. And she was not a scientologist. She was and is a catholic. The books you are referring to, while written by an atheist, are ultimately about the nature of the soul and what religious and secular organizations do for control of free will and thought.
