Carmen Electra wore this two-toned Diane von Furstenberg dress at N.Y.C Fashion Week, while Paris Hilton paired her two-tone dress with checkered tights for a night out last week.
Who wore it best? My vote is for Carmen…Paris’ tights are fugly!!
