I dont see the point in people being nasty about her. It has happened and there is nothing people can do about it, at least she is being responsible and keeping the baby. Most people would just have an abortion. She is not a slut or a whore because loads of teenage girls have sex at 16 years old, the only reason people are being like this is because it is in the media. I hope she will be a good mom and she has the money to give the child the things it needs.
when i had my daughter at the age of 19 goning on 20 it was hard to tell my mom and stuff but i moved out 2 months before i had her moved in with my boyfreind and i say Jamie lynn spears dont give your duahgter up i didnt wanna give my baby up i say if you lay down make the baby keep the baby cuz giving up baby up is just wrong dont give it up just keep it and get ur tubes tighted like i did after i had my daughter then take good care of her!

Its interesting how many of you reply to this young womans pregnancy. Calling her names such as “slut” and whore” Lots of young woman start having sex at age 15-17….She just so happened to get pregnant. in the heat of the moment. Being a “slut” or a whore” is quite diffirent than a SURPRISE pregnancy with a boy you have been dating for quite sometime. I feel she is very brave for making the decision to take accountablity for her child and she has the money take care of this child herself. I also feel that with the help from her family and friends she will be a wonderful mother. People really need to be more realistic about this situation and relize that she is not a poor 13 year old on welfare who was sleeping with tons of men. I wish her and her family the best of luck……100% supportive and if I had children of this age group I would still allow them to look up to her in certain ways. (My children are far to young to understand any of this! =)
Its amazing to me how many people are calling Jaime Lynn a whore,slut etc..all because she’s pregnant at 16.. At least she’s doing the responsible thing and keeping her baby.She’s surely not the only teenager having a baby..There are many teenagers much younger than her giving birth.So because she’s having sex at 16 doesn’t make her a whore or slut.. She’s not sleeping around with tons of men which is what whores and sluts do..So people need to stop acting so uneducated and ignorant and realise the only reason people are making this such a big deal is because she’s a celebrity..Its happening all over the world at much younger ages.So Jaime keep your head up and you’ll be a great mom!
She’s not a slut! The majority of 16 year olds/high schoolers who have sex is huge. Yeah, she was a role model and a good girl but this happens. All the people who defend Vanessa Hudgens get to so I’m defending her. At least the whole world don’t see her naked. I graduated high school with a mother. She’s my age and I’ve known her since elementary school. If you love someone, you are allowed to sleep with them, even if you’re famous. So maybe next time you sleep with someone, you should be a slut cus apparently if you’re in love and dating someone for years, you can’t.

I think that everyone should be entitled to their own opinion, but it really hurts to know that children are looking up to a girl that is acting older than she really is and is taking the easy way out by giving the responsibility to her mother. It seems like she can make a mistake and just get a slap on the wrist when the matter is a lot worse than just having her show cancelled. First of all she got pregnant in the first place and she isn’t taking care of herself, second she is going to marry her boyfriend casey just because of the situatuion. Everyone thought that she was such a good rolemodel and was so much more than her sister but it seems like they’re equally matched. And worst of all, if she gives her mother the baby it may end up just like Britney and jamie-lynn. I’m very glad they are taking “zoey 101″ off the air so it shows what consequences could happen when you don’t think about your actions
I think its really unfair the hate shes getting, in the u.k 16 is the legal age to have sex and have kids and get married so i dont have a problem with what shes done.. she hasnt pimped out her kid and has done the smartest thing she could have done and gone HOME! I think it is wrong cause she has so many young fans and i know lots of people that will not let their children watch Zoey 101 anymore and i don’t blame them. but for everyone saying that it is disgusting should shut their mouths! i am 12 weeks pregnant and i am 18 years old. true i am a bit older but 2 years doesn’t make a huge difference. and why would people be calling her a slut? she has been with her bf for years, so i don’t see how she can be called a slut. yeah there is rumors she slept with someone else but who knows? tabloids make shit up just to get money. so think before you speak people!
