Britney Spears has been taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after a standoff with police. She was brought out of the ambulance, where she flipped off the waiting paparazzi, and is now going to get mentally evaluated. Cops found her earlier this evening at her home under the influence of an “unknown substance.” Did she try to commit suicide? Oh, those poor kids! Do they even have a chance?

Cops were called to the Spears’ house after she refused to hand over custody of her kids to Kevin Federline’s bodyguard.

Thankfully, the kids were returned safe to Daddy, but he went to see her around midnight, so did they come along?
