Javier Bardem and Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Separated at Birth?
Were Javier Bardem and Jeffrey Dean Morgan separated at birth? At first I thought they were seriously the same person!
Jeffrey Dean Morgan (left) was in Grey’s Anatomy, Weeds, and P.S. I Love You. He has most recently dated Mary Louise Parker.
Javier Bardem (right) was in No Country for Old Men and Love in the Time of Cholera. He is currently dating sister-kisser Penelope Cruz.

Totally! I thought they were the same person. I saw the preview for No Country for Old Men and was like ‘Wow Denny’s career is taking off.’
This is the weirdest thing EVER!!!! They don’t just look alike they have the exact same lines on thier faces too. It’s as creepy as Javier Bardem’s character in “No Country for Old Men”!!!!
I was half watching the Oscars last night and they showed Javier in the audience. I never once for a minute thought that it wasn’t Jeffrey Dean Morgan . They even have the same smile. I’ve seen identical twins who don’t look this much alike. I had to do a search with their two names and see if anyone else thought the same as me.
Yes, I thought the same thing. They look so similar it’s uncanny.

I totally thought that it was Denny. Then I dug deeper on google, put it together, man was I wrong… my wife said it wasn’t him when we were watching ‘no country’ i said it was. I was wrong. And me being wrong about something like this doesn’t happen much.
Thank goodness someone else saw this.
I just watched PS I Love You and thought it was the same guy from Old Country. This is amazing…………….

I just saw an interview of Javier Bardem for Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Since I forgot the name of Jeffrey Morgan back then, I thought he was the one to played the role of Deny. But there was something really different from his face in the interview! Lol. An so I search the internet for Javier Bardem and saw that Grey’s Anatomy and P.S. I Love You wasn’t in his filmography. And there I found out that Jeffrey and Javier were different persons. Lol. They REALLY look the same! HAHA:]

I thought I was the only one who saw that they are identical. That is why I googled their two names just to see if others thought the same and then I got to here and realized they are two different dudes.
I also googled their names to see if someone else had noticed how much they look alike !!! wowww i first thought i had a crush on 1 guy …it turns out there’re 2 !
I’ve been so perplexed by this for sooo long now, never knew Jeffrey’s name before. I’ve been watching Javier Bardem for years in many movies, and he always has that sexy spanish accent, so I just thought it was him playing Denny with a really good american accent all along. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. Obviously Jeffrey has a bit of a softer look than Javier in most movies. I would recommend watching Goya’s Ghosts with Natalie Portman and Javier Bardem, he’s so terrifying in that film, it forced me to realize that it can’t be the same guy playing Denny, unless he’s the most amazing actor ever.

Fantastic! I thought they were the same person just thought jeffrey had lost a little weight, but I was WRONG!!! I wonder if they have ever been in the same place together, or taken a dna test to see if they are related at all.

Yeah I definitely had to google these guys to see who was who. I was like “This has to be the same guy.” Man, I was wrong. haha Glad you guys were just as confused.
I’ve finally figured this mystery out! I THOUGHT that Javier Bardem was in Vicky Christina Barcelona, but when I looked at the photo on the DVD, I thought it was Jeffrey Dean Morgan! I had to Google this also! Mystery solved!
So funny. I’m glad you posted this. I also googled both at the same time to see if anyone else had thought the same. I can barely tell the difference. Would be nice to get them both together and see what’s different about them. But alas that can only happen in my dreams.
Well they look simular,but the skin tone is very different. Personaly JDM reminds me of Robert Downey Junior.

I’ve always thought that! It is freakishly impossible that two unrealted people can looks so alike! And they are only 3 years apart..
I saw a featuring of Javier Bardem and thought “Whaaa??? Denny speaks Spanish?!?!?” and totally forgot about that until the news of his and Penelope Cruz’s marriage came out.

I was watching the previews for Eat, Pray, Love, and I was like, Hey, its Jeffery Dean Morgan! then i was reading a blog that featured the movie, and they were like, <3 JAVIER BARDEM! , which confused me. I googled it, and came up with this… IT EXPLAINS A LOT OF STUFF.

I really enjoyed watching JDM in Grey’s Anatomy, then when I saw previews for …..Christina Barcelona, I thought wow – he’s in movies now. When I saw that Penelope Cruz was getting married to HIM, I was surprised because his name was different. It is so amazing that two people from opposite sides of the world can look soooo alike

Wow. Just seeing Julia Roberts on Oprah about Eat Pray Love and was so excited to see Jeffrey Dean Morgan was in a new movie cuz I LOOOOOVE Him. Couldn’t understand when I googled it and it wasn’t him–then I found this! Wow.
I became a huge fan of his in P.S. I Love You and then even more so in Accidental Husband.

When I saw Losers, I kept thinking it it was Javier Bardem, and I’m thinking wow he has no spanish accent, and yet at the awards shows his accent is so heavy. When I check the credits and I see Jeffrey Dean Morgan? Who the heck is that…it must be a mistake, this is Bardem!
So I check them out online separately and I’m thinking this is incredible. Do people realize this? And so I search the two names together and HELLO…I’m not alone. Many have noticed the resemblence that’s uncanny,
They could play twins seperated at birth with one raised in Spain and the other in the states….
