Sean Bean Leaves Fiance Standing at the Altar!
Lord of the Rings actor Sean Bean has called off his wedding to actress Georgina Sutcliffe, less than 24 hours before the wedding!
Look at the bright side: this was to be Bean’s FOURTH wedding. Hopefully he wised up! He’s 48 years old.
Sean was due to wed 29-year-old Sutcliffe in a low-key ceremony at London’s Marylebone Town Hall, but the nuptials were canceled at the last minute.
The cancellation caught guests by surprise, even the groom-to-be’s father, Brian Bean, who says, “I don’t know why (it was canceled). He hasn’t said anything to us.”
Sutcliffe has dismissed rumors of a fall-out between the pair, insisting the wedding will be rescheduled for a later date.
She says, “So what? We’ve just rescheduled because of personal issues and work commitments…Sean and I have just got back from Rome and I’m absolutely shattered. He’s here with me at the moment. It was a wonderful holiday. We do intend to get married shortly.”
The cake and champagne had already been delivered to the wedding venue.
Fourth marriage? Rescheduling? Yeah right! She would have to be a moron to marry him now!
