Lindsay Lohan…What Are You Wearing?

It seems that Lindsay Lohan has traded one bad fashion mistake for another! I think this looks worse then her black leggings did. And that dress she is wearing are we sure it’s even a dress? I think it’s a shirt. So Lindsay, you are wearing a silk shirt with lace stockings?? Does anyone else think it’s horrible too??
