You may not have heard of Beth Modica yet, but you will shortly. This coming Tuesday, the Rockland County DA’s office will unseal an indictment against the 44 year old mother of 4 for providing minors with alcohol, drugs and possibly sex. Did I mention she was a Rockland County assistant DA or that her husband is Spring Valley, NY police chief?

Sources said the married mother of four may have also engaged in sexual activity with teens as young as 16.

Modica will be arraigned Tuesday after an indictment is unsealed, according to a spokeswoman for the Rockland district attorney.

The spokeswoman wouldn’t elaborate, but sources said Modica is being sent to the penalty box for alleged inappropriate behavior committed with teammates on her 16-year-old son’s Suffern HS hockey squad.

Yet another example of parents are more interested in being cool and friends with their children, instead of being an authority figure. Just my 2 cents.
