Hugh Laurie: Unhappy in London and Los Angeles

Hugh Laurie and wife Jo

Actor Hugh Laurie seems to be taking his character on House, M.D. a little too close to heart. The British thespian has expressed his lonliness at being in Los Angeles and away from his wife and three kids, but now he’s photographed looking just as uneasy in London with them.

In recent months he has cut a forlorn figure, separated from his family by his huge success in Los Angeles, where he is reported to earn £150,000 an episode. He has often complained about the tough filming schedule.

An onlooker who saw him on the Heath said: “You would have thought he would have been happier to be back in the UK. It was surprising to see him looking just as down as he does on his own in LA.”

Hopefully some time with his family will help him feel less grumpy. With no real end in sight to the writer’s strike, he may have a long time to get happy again.

Maybe if the photographers left him alone, he would be happier???
Let him have some privacy and he will be fine.
    Just leave him alone!
