TMZ is reporting that Heath Ledger had pneumonia at the time of his death, and that rumors of an overdose are untrue.
TMZ is also reporting that reps for Heath Ledger�s family have contacted TMZ and the family are denying any suicide rumors. The police have informed the family that Heath Ledger�s death was �absolutely accidental.�
