Heath Ledger: Surrounded by Sleeping Pills
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ sleeping pills were strewn around the bed of Heath Ledger’s bed, though it is much too early to determine if the death was accidental or suicide.
Cops believe at this time that Heath Ledger’s death was accidental. TMZ “has learned Heath Ledger had a substance abuse problem,” though a Ledger confidante tells them “he had been clean for a year.”
Ledger had not been in rehab, contrary to several reports.
