Mary Kate Olsen is denying that she ownes the apartment that
Heath Ledger died in.
Mary Kate�s rep, Annette Wolf, says in a statement: �It is not her apartment. She does not own the apartment. She has never owned the apartment. She and her sister have an apartment in New York City but they are not in this building.�
