Who wore this Notte by Marchesa dress best? Emmy Rossum or Miley Cyrus? Emmy wore her dress at a book party and Miley Cyrus wore her dress at Disneyland. It’s a toss up I think!
I think Miley wore it best Duh……… Shes always the prettyer one they could be wearing the uglyest dress around with no shape or flair and no colour and there would be Miley shaken that touch cute and sassy.
I think they both carried it off really well, and had brought a different style to it. Miley looks more edgy in it and on Emmy it looks really classy. It’s a close call coz they both look really amazing but on this occassion i’m going with Emmy - she just looks so elegant in it!
