Former Miss Nevada, Katie Rees was arrested early this morning. Katie was dethroned last year after scandalous pictures of her were leaked onto the internet. Rees was pulled over for speeding. The police officer found out she was driving on a suspended license and had expired tags. He was going to give her a ticket, but she tried to drive away!

When the officer told her she could not drive away, police say Rees became violent, hitting and kicking the officer. Rees was arrested for the traffic violations and for resisting arrest.The former Miss Nevada was stripped of her title back in December of 2006 after racy pictures of her appeared on the Internet. The pictures showed her kissing other women and partially taking her clothes off.
