Lindsay Lohan must have dressed in the dark. This picture is wrong on so many levels! Are those leggings or stockings? Is that a shirt or a dress? And that thing on her head? She looks more like an old lady than anything!
I am not a huge fan of her, but that outfit is very well together. Maybe it is a bit to European for you, but there is nothing wrong with it. Looks straight from the Fall 08 RTW collections.
Yeah…except that IS a shirt she is wearing as a dress. I know, because I own this shirt. I wear it with pants since I tend to prefer not having my tush hang out in the rear view
