Ok there are two possibilities that could have happened
1) she tripped which is normal, I trip over flat surfaces all the time. One time I was brushing my hair and I fell over! So maybe she just lost her footing.
2) she could have been balancing on the concrete part. Every kid does that when there is a that little concrete thing and they try to balance on it. (if you know what I am saying lol)
