Recently Bai Ling was arrested for shoplifting two celebrity magazines and a pack of batteries. I thought you couldn’t get charged with anything unless your total was more than $25! I guess it varies depending on where you are?? Anyway, here is the mugshot to accompany the incident. Sexy, huh?

A friend told E! Online this regarding her mental state:

“She was kind of in a mentally unstable state of mind yesterday,” he said. “She had some relationship issues going on. She wasn’t in the right frame of mind.” Elliot continued: “She was very spacey and that was pretty much what happened. She was distracted and had a lot of things going on.”

She’ll be in rehab next; mark my words!
