Gene Simmons has finally decided to speak out about his “sex tape“.

Simmons posted a message on his Web site Feb. 20: “You may have heard or seen garbage that has sprung up from my past. Rest assured the proper legal team is looking at all ramifications and options.”

Now it’s in his past…how far ago?? He has been with Shannon Tweed for like forever and the tape doesn’t look that old…
