Ne-Yo was busted on February 19th while driving through Cobb County, Georgia. He was arrested for reckless driving and driving without a valid license. He’s looking, um…like there’s been a little taken off the top, don’t you think? Meaning, WTF is up with his hair!? He’s 25, he’s a little young to be balding already! He needs to take a cue from Bret Michaels and put a bandanna over that ish or something!
