He does look hotter on tv…than in real life…
Either he is married to a very short cross dresser or a 55+ year old who shops a teens stores – no sure which. But certainly explains why he’s choosing to work 9 months of the year in a different country to his wife.

Oh come on people, Grey House is a character, Hugh Laurie, is real and so is his wife. Give the lady a break, hard enough to make long distance relationships work, without the negativity. I wish him, his wife and his children all the best.
Hugh has always been handsome. As a young man he was absolutely beautiful! Those who think not never saw him out of his characters of Wooster and Blackadder, or even his and Stephen Fry’s show on TV. Why the English women were not falling all over themselves then, I do not know know. Perhaps because I was not frequently in England at that time, they were. I watched him on Jeeves and Wooster, but when I saw him in interviews he was both beautiful right out of Cambridge, and handsome in interviews in his late twenties and then thirties. His wife is older, but beauty is not only in the physical, and sometimes our spouses fulfill some need not visible to others. It takes a very loving wife to stay married to a man who is loved by everyone, especially women. I know because every woman I ever knew who knew my husband, both before and after we were married, loved him and were jealous of me. And, by the way, he had the sweet, humble manner of Hugh Laurie and looked very much like him. EVeryone liked him, and all women loved him!

She is five years older. My husband was 20 years older than I, and I can swear to the truthfulness of the old adage that love is blind, and that both beauty and handomeness, if there is such a word, are not only in the physical appeal. To me and to all his old girl friends, he was still the most handsome man in our city when he was the age of Hugh Laurie, and again, he very much resembled Hugh Laurie, both physically and in temperament, according to statements made by collegues and friends of Mr. Laurie. So, take heed, all you sweet, pleasant, intelligent, and talented young men, you, too, can become idolized by all the women you meet far beyond your youthful years.
Hey, people who are picking on her looks, cut it out! Her clothes look fine, and besides, who wheres a ball gown to get on a motorcycle? Her hair looks better than mine does 99% of the time. And what does it matter anyway? I’ll bet she’s sweet and funny. You can’t tell what someone’s personality is like from a photo. Seriously.
Oh, come on people. Here’s a novel idea… Maybe, just maybe, she makes him incredibly happy! More importantly, maybe he makes HER happy! Maybe they have amazing fun together living life. Maybe they rock each others world in the bedroom. Love and life is not all about movie star looks and the unattainable Hollywood idea of beauty. Sometimes the most beautiful people are the most real, in the down to earth sense.
I’m really happy when I see couples and families that stay together. I have a lot of respect for Hugh Laurie and his wife.
Wow. I feel sorry for both of them. He’s impossibly handsome, and she looks like my daughter’s lesbian gym teacher. Imagine how it must feel to be her, with everyone talking about the disparities in their looks and in their heights. With all the gorgeous young women in LA constantly throwing themselves at him, I would venture to say that not many women could handle a situation like that. Coupled with Laurie’s epic bouts of depression, my guess is that it is not easy to be Jo Laurie. If I were her, I’d wait until the children all come of age and then quietly walk away some of his money. I don’t care how much you love somebody. Who needs that kind of humiliation?
He looks like a piece of heaven or something. Those cobalt blue eyes, the long lanky frame, and somehow the camera never manages to find a bad angle on that exquisite face. I fell for the guy the very first time my daughter turned me onto ‘House’, and I’m not some star-struck celebrity worshipper. But never in a million years could I ever be married to someone like him. Wherever he goes, he draws in all the light. I mean, LOOK AT HIM!! Most women would be eclipsed by his ethereal presence. And it’s not just his looks. He’s a hugely talented actor, musician, and athlete. You’d have to accept that you’ll be constantly overshadowed by his looks and talent. How many women can do that?
I love the fact that he is handsome,talented,famous but doesn’t run after the young chicks.He is just great in person and it’s hard to find a men like him now.I love you Hugh!
Lay off it mates. He’s in love with her int he? Who gives a crap what she looks like, not everything is about looks. She looks fine in my opinion so just get on your bike.
