John Mayer Has Anxiety Issues

John Mayer
John Mayer admits he carries Xanax, the anti-anxiety, drug with him at all times. John says it’s to help his “anxiety blender” from getting out of control.

He told Best Life all about it:

“There are these incidental kinds of loopholes in my brain, where the wires can cross for a second and the hard drive crashes…You can create dark neighborhoods in your mind as easily as you can create rural wonderlands.”

It’s funny how the brain works!

John your such a fun guitar player to watch. Stop taking that Xanax crap. If Xanax doesn’t work then what are you going to be taking next?
Try channeling your dark neighborhood into your guitar playing. I’ve been playing guitar longer than you’ve been alive! It has saved me from suicide, anxiety, and depression. I’ve used it exclusively to heal my heart and soul.
