Britney Spears Removes her Kabbalah Tattoo

Britney Spears Tattoo

When religions become celebrity trends, it might not be wise to get a tattoo, something to permanently mark your devotion to it, right?

Britney Spears has reportedly removed her Kabbalah tattoo.

The ‘Toxic’ star had a Hebrew tattoo on the back of her neck bearing one of the 72 words for ‘God’ found in the texts of Kabbalah, a mystical off-shoot of Judaism.

However, when the 26-year-old singer was spotted out shopping in Los Angeles earlier this week, it was clear she has had the tattoo removed.

If Britney clings to another religion in the future, what do you think it will be?  Maybe she’ll become a Scientologist and get a Marvin the Martian tattoo.

Um, she might have had it removed because of so many people laughing at the fact that it was misspelled (not to mention the fact that most teachers of Kabbalah, an ancient JEWISH mysticism, do not promote getting tattooed) The most common name of G-d in Kabbalah is “HaShem” She got a tattoo that said “MaHesh”, which is not even a Hebrew word, but rather an Indian word for a pagan god (not spelled with Hebrew letters of course). People who can’t read Hebrew should not get tattoos in that language.

Why would anyone get a tattoo saying Hashem anyway???
It means ”the name” . LOL good job Britney. Maybe next time she should pay attention in Kabbalah class.
