Miley Cyrus and backup dancer and best friend Mandy Jiroux went out to dinner at PF Changs and then went shopping at Urban Outfitters in Burbank, California last night.
They look cute (albeit a little goofy in these photos)! Though, they seem to be a little under-dressed for the weather.
