Miley Cyrus and BFF Mandy’s Fun Night Out
Miley Cyrus and backup dancer and best friend Mandy Jiroux went out to dinner at PF Changs and then went shopping at Urban Outfitters in Burbank, California last night.
They look cute (albeit a little goofy in these photos)!� Though, they seem to be a little under-dressed for the weather.

Miley shouldn’t be hanging out with Mandy. Mandy is such a bad influence. Ever since Miley has been hanging out with Mandy, she has been nothing but trouble. What the hell is a 15 year old girl doing hanging out with a 21 year old woman? I bet Mandy is already teaching Miley about sex. No wonder, Miley has a 20 year old boyfriend who is an underwear model. I bet Miley is fucking Justin Gaston right now because of Mandy taught her everything about sex. I wouldn’t be surprised if Miley gets pregnant. It’s going to be her own fault for hanging out wtih somebody who is way older than her and who is immature.
