Model and Actress Juliana Redding Murdered
21-year-old Juliana Redding, a model and actress from Arizona, was found dead yesterday by officers from the Santa Monica Police Department. Police are saying that she was murdered and was a victim of assault.
Police are investigating the death of a 21-year-old woman whose body was found inside her Santa Monica home Sunday.
According to police spokesman Lt. Alex Padilla, officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Centinela Avenue on Sunday after Redding’s mother called from Tucson, Ariz., and told them she had been unable to reach her daughter by phone. Upon arrival, officers found Redding dead inside her apartment. Police did not know how long she had been dead, but it appeared she had been killed from an “assault,” Padilla said Monday.
No word on any suspects at this time.

How terribly sad! Unfortunately, Los Angeles attracts/breeds sociopaths like stachybotris mold. You have to be wary here of people who ‘act nice’ and ‘interested in you’. This is a cold city like no other and ‘fake’ barely scratches the surface. I would bet that this young lady knew her assailant/murderer, trusted him, believed his charade and let him into her CONfidence and home. They are CON artists.
Sociopaths are malignant narcissists. Where some people pull words out of their hearts and guts, such intra-species predators pull them out of their coat public. Words are their weapons. They seek interaction to gain access to their targets and to learn enough about them to exploit their dreams, vulnerabilities and weaknesses. She probably thought the person who killed her was her friend. She was probably lonely for human friendship and connection in a city that only sees her as meat with a due date. I send up a prayer for her spirit.
…Juliana Maureen Redding was a vibrant, intelligent, beautiful, talented, independent, brilliant, effervescent well-adjusted young woman…full of life, full of love, full of hope…and WELL on a path to success; she had just booked a national campaign as the spokesperson for a hair product firm. She was surrounded by people who loved her and was anything but ‘lonely’…between school, work, auditions/bookings, and ‘kickin’ it with her friends’ she had little time for that. She was neither pathetic nor needy and her ‘vulnerability’ was no more and no less than any other young woman of her capacity in any other metro city on earth. It is not the intent of this author to publicly speculate on what may or may not have happened to Juliana and neither should it be the intent of anyone else…especially but not limited to those who know absolutely nothing of Juliana and/or the city and environment in which she lived. The truth will come out soon enough.
Whatever happened to our beautiful Juliana is over for her; she can’t be hurt by anyone or anything any more. But this is just beginning for the people who loved her and who are left here to go on without her; they will all need our prayers…and lots of them…to remain strong and focused. May I request that you send out a prayer asking that everyone and anyone who has ANYTHING …even the most minute, seemingly insignificant bit of information, remain strong and maintain clarity of thought so that they are able to help the Santa Monica police department find the person who ended this young and promising life.
Thank you.
Peace,
Lea Routledge

I went to high school with her, and she was such a great girl. She attracted attention from so many people beacuse she was so genuine and kind. Her personality captivated all, and it is truly a loss in this world. I am in total disbelief, and my prayers go out to her family. She was full of talent and love. People should know she was not an average girl, looking for fame. She was intelligent, beautiful, athletic, and very kind. She was beautiful inside and out. May she rest in peace, and may her beauty continue to shine in a more deserving and better place.
Amen, Nicole…Amen
….she was my daughter’s best friend….
Peace,

Re Lea Routledge:
I stopped by and was surprised by your angry attacking rant. This is a blog. It is the hope of the blogger that people will stop by, read and speculate. My comments came from a place of deep compassion for this girl and I am insulted by your ignorant attempt to turn it into degradation or suggest that I was in any way inappropriate. It’s a shame your daughter lost a friend, but you were wrong to attack me. Since you do not know and this is obviously crime news, it becomes a matter of public speculation.
