Kelly Rowland…What Are You Wearing?
What the heck, Kelly Rowland?? I know this is a Cavalli dress and all…but…it’s not one I like. Especially for her pretty face. She doesn’t need all those colors to take away from her beauty already! And that hat…I won’t even go there! What do you think? Hit or Miss?
