Jessica Simpson stepped out (in jogging pants) with her mom, Tina, and sister, Ashlee, to get a bite to eat.

“Jessica was walking very slowly with her hand on her back. You could see she was in a little bit of pain,” an eyewitness said of Simpson, who wore sweats and Uggs. “She was dressed down and trying to stay low key.”

During the lunch, “Jessica picked at a salad and didn’t eat much � but she was in good spirits and was laughing very loudly with her sister,” the witness added.

After Jessica went back home with her mom who is staying with her while she recuperates.

Do you think it was really kidney infection or something else? I wonder by how rough she looks! Let’s hope in any case that Jessica feels better soon.
