Brooke White has been Replaced by Cardboard Cutout at Sister’s Wedding

Brooke White revealed on American Idol Thursday night that if she got eliminated, she would get to attend her sister’s wedding on Saturday, but if she didn’t, she would have to miss it, so staying would be bittersweet.

Well, we all know how that ended, hottie Michael Johns was shockingly given the boot! So, Brooke White will have to miss her sister’s wedding.

According to TMZ, her sister has found a willing replacement…a cardboard cutout of Brooke!

Brooke — and her family — have come up with a creative solution: Michael Johns will go in her place They’ve built a cardboard cutout of Brooke to take her place. Paging Flat Stanley!

We’re told all contestants know way in advance about the Saturday schedules, and are aware that they just can’t miss the weekend rehearsal. “It’s one of those sacrifices you have to make if you want to be a star,” “Idol” Exec Producer Nigel Lythgoe tells us, adding, “It would be a shame if Brooke was kicked off the show because she hadn’t properly rehearsed.” Yes, that would be just awful!

And maybe if Brooke needs to be somewhere else on Idol nights, they could just use the cutout as a stand-in. Would anyone know the difference?
