Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt decided that the White House dinner was “A-list enough” for them after all! But, the event obviously wasn’t important enough to buy a new outfit, because she was seen wearing the exact same outfit seven days prior, down to the shoes and white watch?

Heidi…WTF were you thinking?!

To be fair, the first time she wore the outfit, she curled her hair.  The second time, she straightened it.  That like, totally makes it different, right? What-ever!

IMHO, it was ugly the first time and it was ugly the second time!
