OMG!! This is not happening!! Miley Cyrus will be in the next issue of Vanity Fair with just a white sheet covering her. I’m officially in shock!! If I haven’t seen these photos I would have never believe it.
Miley Cyrus is 15 years old!! Where was her dad when this happened?? Apparently in the same studio this photo shoot took place!

Everyone just needs to chill about this. People make mistakes many times on a daily basis. And she admits that she does and will because she is human just like everyone else. it seems that people are taking this way too seriously.. even though the people that produced the photographs cannot be sued for any skin showing in them.. but they can be thrown in jail for “suggestive” themes in the pictures. and even if she knows what right and wrong is, you never think that she is trying too “boost” ratings for these magazines for… a price. this stuff happens in the movie business all the time and no one does anything about it because theyre either hypocrites, or have been bribed. the courts cannot make a case without proper evidence, even if it was mileys fault, they cannot make a case on who did this or pressured people into this. pedophiles are gonna go crazy on this photo and even then we cannot do anything about it. stop pointing fingers and get back to life.

This magazine is Vanity Fair, which is a fashion magazine, its not Playboy or Maxim or anything that. The 1st amendment guarantees that the press has the right to publish anything considered art. If possible they could potentially do a nude photo shoot of any underage girl, and as long as it is not sexually explicit, it is considered art and not illegal. There may be variations on this law from state to state, but I beleive that is the federal standard, and it may be changing as time goes on. The first amendment only guarantees freedom of the press, not that the press will be correct in what they publish. if you want this changed you have to make it happen because the press will fight every attempt at censorship, beleive me I live in Oregon and I know!
