There has been a lot of talk about John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston since the poolside pictures came out, and now John got a chance to talk about it to ET. ET talked to John last night at the Metropolitan Museum Of Art Costume Institute Gala…this is what he told them.

“Listen, this is not a scandal, this is not an issue, this is not a problem, this needs no spin control,” John said. “This is me living my life and a guy with a really powerful lens and I don’t fault him, I don’t fault anybody, I don’t fault you, I don’t fault this or that. There are much worse problems in the world. Everything’s cool!”

So is that a confirmation or not? I’m confused?
