No, Justin Timberlake was not arrested for DUI or possession. JT just got a parking ticket while he was at the MTV studios in New York.

But after leaving his black sports utility vehicle (SUV) outside the building, the star was handed a parking ticket by a warden upon his return to the car.

However, the incident did little to dampen Timberlake’s spirits - footage posted on TMZ shows the singer laughing and joking as the official handed him the penalty.
