Billy Bob Thornton Talks About Angelina Jolie

The all-over-each-other relationship between Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton ended abruptly in 2002 but Billy only has good things to say about his hot ex-wife:

“I think she was always meant to be a mother in so many ways,” Billy Bob tells Extra. “I’m just so happy for her.”

“I’m happy for the kids to have a mother like her and a father like him,” Billy Bob, a dad himself of four, says.

The 52-year-old is left even more “astounded” by his ex-wife’s goodwill and humanitarian efforts.

“I’m astounded that somebody has that kind of passion and that much energy for something that actually does affect people and help people out,” he says.

How many women can say their ex-husband talks about them like this? Not many! Once it ends it usually ends in tragedy. When Angie and Billy Bob divorced, the recently adopted Maddox was registered with Billy as the father and was later officially adopted by Brad Pitt.

This could have created some tension between Brangelina and Billy Bob but they only proved they’re are adults who want the best for their kids.
