Mariah Carey is planning a second wedding to her husband, Nick Cannon, because just one isn’t good enough for her! Mariah is planning an over two million dollar bash in New York, complete with 14 bridesmaids.

“It’s going to be held in New York City in the next six weeks. Picture a wedding on the scale of Liza Minelli’s (to David Gest) and you’ll be on the right track,” an MSNBC insider says.

“She wants over 2,000 guests and the budget will be well over $4 million and she’ll have at least 14 bridesmaids.”

Now, that isn’t over the top now is it? I can’t get over how she just has all this money to burn for weddings!
