Madonna & Guy Ritchie Go For Trial Separation
Where there’s smoke there’s fire! Rumors saying Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s relationship are on the rocks came out again. This time it goes even further saying they are ready for a civilized trial separation after 7 years of marriage.
Madonna and Guy were at the Cannes Film Festival last week and “they did not look like two people who were very happy in each other’s company,” a source said. “She looked frail and pale, like someone under tremendous strain, and he seemed utterly miserable.”
Madonna is said to be fed up of the constant arguing “about everything” with Guy, who is ten years her junior; and she has often complained the ‘Snatch’ director drinks ‘way too much for his own good.’
The singer is also known for being a control freak that includes controlling not only her career, her kids but her husband too. No one can feel good in a relationship, if they don’t have some space to breath.
Another source said, “They never see each other and sleep in separate rooms. Madonna’s day revolves around herself and her children and her work, and not Guy.
“Yet she is still trying to control his life and hounds him on the phone constantly, wanting to know where he is every day. It’s not unheard of for her to call him six times an hour if she doesn’t know where he is. But they just don’t spend much time together unless they are with the children.
“Madonna does three hours of exercise a day when she’s in London, with just Sunday off, then there is a party to plan for her 50th and her movie has consumed almost all her time.”
“Guy’s problem is that he is in her shadow,” said another source who knows them both well. “She is the star of the show and he feels a little emasculated by the marriage. They’ve just drifted apart. It’s all very sad. But they are trying not to make a drama out of it, for the sake of their children and their careers.”
The couple’s relationship is unbearable; they do not even inhabit the same space in their London home. So Madonna wants to move back to her duplex apartment with a view over Central Park in New York.
