Danica Patrick Would Rather Have Her Career Instead Of Kids
Danica Patrick may have covered this May 2008 cover of Sports Illustrated, and been the first woman to win an Indy Race…but she says kids aren’t in the cards for her.
“I have worked way too hard to get where I am to stop, and it does mean stop,” she [says]. “We in racing do not get to take a year off because we’re tired or we want to have children – maybe when racing is over with, but definitely not until then.”
“I never worried about kids,” she admits. “But I always wanted to get married.”
I think that she is at the top of her game right now, even though she couldn’t complete the Indy 500 on Sunday because of a car colliding with hers at the pit stop. This girl is going places.
