Paris Hilton is back!! We haven’t seen Paris in a long time. We kinda miss Paris! Benji Madden has been keeping Paris out of the spotlight,  love can do that to you. You stop craving for attention.

Paris attends the MTV Video Music Awards in Japan with this cute little blue dress. The look is soft and sweet, very lingerie as outerwear. I have to say I like it! Too bad Paris is so flat she can’t fill the corset bra, so it’s looks a little strange on top!!
