Lily Allen…WTF Are You Wearing?
Lily Allen graced everyone with her presence at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London today. You know the dress she is wearing is a little bit cute especially with the blue nail polish. But take a closer look. WTF is on that dress? Little baby dears getting their heads chopped off and BLOOD spurting out! WTF?? I don’t know what would possess someone to actually wear that out in public or at all!
